■Q1-2 Do I have to prepare for any softwares to play the movie ?

■Q1-3 Are there any limits for downloading movies ?
To avoid overloads to the web servers, also to provide equal services to each of our valued customers, your access and downloads of movies are limited up to 20 movies per hour at most.
For further use of the services, please give yourself a moment and retry again later.
Your status will be "download.limit" forthwith downloading 21 movies and will be back in normal status after 0:00 GMT+9.
You may download 3 movies at a time at most.
■Q1-4 How do I use the single download function ?
If we find use of such invalid software we will not only disable your membership, limit access but also hold your subscription fees.
The user acknowledge and agrees that such fees are non-refundable.
■Q1-5 I can not download movies with MAC.
However, in order to play the movie we recommend Quicktime (plug-in "Flip4Mac" will need to be installed).

At DANGUN.com, your membership account will be automatically renewed unless you submit us withdrawal requesting form.
You shall submit us the withdrawal requesting form at least 10 days before your next payment.
■Q2-5 What credit card narratives will I see on my credit card bill ?
One of the above payment companies will be named on your statement.
The details of the service provided will not be revealed in the billing details.

You may complete your inquiry form with the error massages and status with session ID if the above instruction does not solve your situation.

Please try again with your e-mail account provided by the provider or your mobile phone e-mail address.
However we strongly recommend that you register with provider provided e-mail account as it is quite often rejected for approval transaction notice and withdrawal completion notice from us.

In the event that you do not receive a mail, your transaction may have failed for the following reasons.
In the event that the reason for the failure is not one of the following, please contact us directly.
* Incorrect card number, expiration date * Card usage is temporarily suspended * You tried to use a card which is not recognized by our site * You input information using other than lower case alphabets and numbers
■Q4-7 .What is the withdrawal procedure? When should I do it ?
Please be advised that submitting withdrawal form must be done at least 10 days prior to the next renewal day of your membership account. With regards to the termination of your membership account, please complete the withdrawal form and submit.
You should receive in your registered e-mail account, completion of termination procedure notice within 48 hours if it's successfully sent.
You should still be able to enjoy DANGUN.com until the expiry date of your membership subscription.
